EXPORT PACKING

Export packing built for international freight

ISPM 15 compliant cases, correct marking and documentation   so your equipment clears customs and arrives protected, wherever it is going.

WHAT EXPORT PACKING MEANS

Compliant packaging for global shipment

When goods leave the UK, the case is not only protection  it is part of the compliance chain. Wickhams Brown designs and manufactures export packaging to ISPM 15 standards, with our Forestry Commission stamp FC167 on every case that requires it.

We work from initial consultation through design, manufacture and marking so dimensions, materials and handling marks match the route road, sea or air, including aircraft ULD constraints where needed.

From single high-value units to multi-case programmes, the same standards apply: durable timber construction, clear shipping marks and documentation ready for customs.

WHY IT MATTERS

Export packing done properly

Wickhams Brown designs and builds robust export packaging to protect equipment throughout its journey — from collection and handling to customs inspection and final delivery.

01

Customs & phytosanitary rules

ISPM 15 requires treated wood packaging for most international trade. Our cases carry the IPPC mark and FC167 so clearance is not held up by non-compliant timber.

02

Route-ready dimensions

Sea containers, road trailers and aircraft ULDs all have limits. We design case size and weight distribution to fit the mode you are using  including 747F, 777F and Combi freighters.

03

Clear handling & marking

Shipping marks, logos, orientation arrows and indicators such as Tip-n-Tell or Shockwatch can be applied so handlers know how to treat the load at every stage.
